Thousands Applied, Only the Best Selected

The recruitment process, which began last year, saw a massive turnout, with over 45,000 applicants participating in the computer-based aptitude test. After months of screening and evaluation, the best candidates were selected to join the state-owned energy company.

NNPC expressed its appreciation to all those who took part in the process, acknowledging the efforts of applicants who were not selected. “We express our sincere gratitude to all applicants who participated in the process. We are hopeful that those who were not selected this time will look forward to future opportunities with NNPC Limited,” Soneye said.

Commitment to Excellence and Equal Opportunity

NNPC assured Nigerians that it remains committed to maintaining high standards in its hiring process. “We continue to uphold our commitment to excellence and equal opportunity in our hiring processes as we strive to build a world-class energy company,” the statement concluded.

This recruitment is a significant step in strengthening NNPC’s workforce as the company continues to play a key role in Nigeria’s energy sector. Successful candidates will soon receive their appointment letters, marking the beginning of their journey with one of the nation’s most critical institutions.
