NNPCL Allocates Five January Crude Cargoes to Dangote Refinery

Samuel SurajuBy Samuel SurajuDecember 2, 2025 Others No Comments1 Min Read

Nigeria’s state oil firm, NNPC Ltd, will supply five crude cargoes to the Dangote refinery in January, according to market sources. The cargoes include two parcels of light sweet CJ Blend and one each of Qua Iboe, Bonny Light, and Escravos.

In December, NNPC also sent five crude parcels to the refinery. The allocation included Bonny Light, Amenam, CJ Blend, and Forcados, while a scheduled Qua Iboe shipment moved into January.

Nigeria’s crude and condensate export programme shows plans to ship 48 cargoes in January, totalling an average of 1.47 million b/d across 17 grades.

Dangote Group continues accelerating growth plans for the Lagos refinery. The company wants to double capacity from 650,000 b/d to 1.4 million b/d by 2028 and extend market supply across Africa.
