Ardova Plc, a top oil and gas company in Nigeria, has signed a bulk purchase agreement with Dangote Refinery. This deal ensures Ardova can provide its customers with a steady supply of petroleum products at affordable prices.
In a statement on Monday, Ardova said this agreement builds on their long-standing partnership, making them a key buyer of products from Dangote Refinery. The framework aims to improve competition and efficiency in Nigeria’s downstream oil and gas industry, aligning with President Bola Tinubu’s push for progress in the sector.
The statement highlighted that Ardova Plc would source a full range of petroleum products from the refinery. With over 700 retail outlets across Nigeria and storage facilities in Lagos and Rivers State, the company is well-positioned to deliver fuel nationwide.
Recently, Ardova also launched a cutting-edge lubricant blending plant, capable of producing 150 million litres per year, to meet Nigeria’s demand for high-quality lubricants. Speaking on this, Ardova’s Executive Chairman, AbdulWasiu Sowami, said, “We are committed to innovation and excellence, and our goal is to lead the lubricants market in Nigeria.”
